All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or cancellations after an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please see the section below.

⭐ Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit only under the following conditions:

✔ Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship issue, you must notify us within:

• 3 days of delivery (online orders)
• 48 hours of pickup (local orders)

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos or videos showing the issue

• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

• Repair the item, or

• Offer an exchange, or

• Issue store credit (no refunds)

Repairs/exchanges must be in new, unworn condition.

✔ Size Exchanges (If Applicable)

For non-custom-sized items, we allow size exchanges if the item is in unworn, unwashed condition and still has tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.

Custom-sized, fitted, or made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for size exchanges.

All custom orders, including:

• Made-to-measure garments

• Color changes

• Design adjustments

• Personalized pieces

are final sale with no returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless workmanship error is present.
